Be sure to charge a full 7 hours before you turn it on. If you do not fully charge it, you will reduce the battery life and the LCD screen will not fully power on during the initial use.
Why is my LCD screen blank when I turn it on?
Be sure you are charging it a full 7 hours prior to use. If you have fully charged it and it is still blank, unplug it and flip the power switch on and off a couple of times to reset the lamp. If an issue still persists contact support.
