Template Tumblers with Epoxy Class Kit - Rescheduled Class on 5/1/25

Write a review

IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE FOR TUMBLER CLASS

Unfortunately, the USPS has hit us with shipping delays on a large batch of class kits. Quite a few registrants still don’t have the materials they need, and we’ll be doing those students a disservice if we forge ahead without everyone fully equipped. To give everyone the best experience possible, we are rescheduling the upcoming Tumbler class for next Thursday, May 1, 2025 (same start time, same social media channels – we’ll resend you the info on the morning of the event).

What happens next:
  1. Can’t make May 1? No problem! This class will be recorded, and you can access the recording by noon ET the following day on our YouTube channel.
  1. Extras for your trouble: Everyone will receive a $10 store credit, automatically applied to your Resin Rockers account after the class.
While rescheduling is not ideal, we at Resin Rockers aim to deliver a positive and successful experience for all. Thanks for rolling with the punches—we’ll make sure the extra wait is worth it!

REMINDER FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Although many of you may already have these tools, we want to ensure that those who don't can easily find all the necessary supplies. To make it simpler, we've provided links to some of these items below.
  • Tumbler turner
  • Exacto Knife
  • Apron or protective gear to protect clothing
  • Silicone mat or protective paper to catch dripping epoxy under your tumbler

*Pin stripes are optional but included in the kit. If you choose to use them, you will need a polyurethane sealer like Rustoleum 2X Matte to keep them in place before epoxy.

*If you choose to use microfine glitter instead of Stardust, you will need to seal your glitter before epoxying with a sealant like an acrylic spray.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

In this class, we'll be working on two types of template tumblers: the V-split and the Swirl. We'll dedicate most of our time to the V-split tumbler, guiding you through the entire process from start to finish. For the Swirl tumbler, we'll focus on getting it to a stage where you can comfortably complete it on your own, as it involves more intricate weeding and is a bit more challenging. By the end of the class, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of how to create a template tumbler from start to finish, along with all the essential tips and tricks.

See you in the virtual classroom on May 1!
The Resin Rockers Team
