NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

Beginning on January 1, 2025, orders will no longer be eligible for cancellation after they have been placed. This change is necessary to address the growing challenges caused by last-minute cancellations, especially after orders are fulfilled and ready for shipment. Each cancellation is disrupting our lightning fast ship times, and incurs significant costs that impact our ability to offer high-quality products and services at competitive prices.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and to accommodate such situations, we’ve established the following options:

2. You may refuse the delivery when it arrives and will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee when Resin Rockers receives the package back at HQ.

We want to assure you that we’ve implemented safeguards on our website to make it highly unlikely for orders to be placed by accident. From clear confirmation steps to user-friendly design, every aspect of our checkout process is built with your experience in mind.
