Spotlight on Kyle Tucker: The Creative Force Behind Kyle’s Craft Creations!
Kyle Tucker isn’t just your average Floridian—he’s a master of turning ordinary tumblers into unbelievable works of art! Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Kyle has always been surrounded by beauty, whether it’s the incredible beaches, the buzzing energy of Disney, or the peaceful moments he spends with his three dogs, Kira, Kita, and Sophie. But it’s in the heart of his home, in the middle of glitter, epoxy, and a whole lot of creativity, that Kyle finds his special kind of magic.

From 9-5 to Crafting Stardom
For Kyle, the crafting journey was born out of a desire to break free from the monotony of an everyday 9-5 job. After ten long years in the same position, he realized he needed a change—and a way to channel his creativity and passions into something fulfilling. This journey began with a simple idea: what if he could turn his love for crafting into a career?

"I started with making car decals with my Cricut machine, then I tried UV resin keychains, and then I gave glitter pens a go," Kyle recalls, a spark of excitement in his voice. These glitter pens, with their bright colors and personalized designs, were just the beginning. The sparkle of the glitter and the satisfaction of creating something beautiful from scratch gave Kyle just the push he needed. "That’s what really started getting my business off the ground. After some time, I said to myself, 'I would love to quit my 9-5 job.' I saw that tumblers were pretty popular and thought, heck, a tumbler is just a bigger version of a glitter pen! So, I gave tumblers a shot, and man, did that take off!"

The transition from glitter pens to tumblers wasn’t just a change in scale—it was a leap into an entirely new world of possibilities. Epoxy-coated tumbler offer a very large canvas for anyone to be creative. They can be personalized with everything from glitter and paint to decals and even flowers or delicate string lights, making each one a totally unique piece of art. For Kyle, this new form of canvas meant more room to experiment, to play, and to create pieces that resonate with his growing community of followers.

Kyle's Creative Process
Kyle’s approach to crafting is refreshingly candid, in true Kyle style. "I'll be honest... I'm just winging it," he admits with a laugh. But there’s more to his process than just going with the flow. When a customer places an order, Kyle jumps right into the creative process, and using a mix of his intuition and his expertise, he takes their vision and adds his own special flair. "90% of the time, I’m just having fun with it, and I’m lucky enough that it comes out exactly how it’s supposed to look. My customers and followers are always impressed with my work."

This process is part of what makes Kyle’s tumblers so special. Each one is a labor of love, carefully crafted to be as functional as it is beautiful to look at. And while many might see a tumbler as just a way to keep their drinks hot or cold, Kyle sees it as a blank slate—a chance to create something that’s not only practical but also a reflection of the customer’s personality.

Inspirations and Community: The Heart of Kyle’s Craft Creations
Inspiration can strike from anywhere, but for Kyle, it’s his followers and customers who provide the most significant creative fuel. "I have learned what my community wants to see me make and what kind of designs I excel at," he explains. This connection to his audience is what drives Kyle to keep innovating and pushing the boundaries of his craft.

The crafting community is a big one, full of creative minds who are always willing to share ideas and techniques. This culture of collaboration and learning is something Kyle values deeply. "The whole crafting community is an inspiration to all of us," he says. "We are constantly learning new techniques from each other and most of the time we are learning to push ourselves out of our comfort zones to expand our knowledge to be able to share what we know with others to help them along their journey." 

Building the Kyle Tucker Empire
Kyle’s Craft Creations has grown beyond anything he initially imagined. "I have grown so fast," Kyle says with pride, reflecting on the incredible journey. "I’ve moved into my garage to expand my business, and now I’ve taken over that small bedroom again because I’m continuing to grow even more! One day, I’ll get to have a large office space! (Fingers crossed)."

But for Kyle, growth isn’t just about expanding his workspace—it’s about every order, every customer, and every connection he makes through his art. Reaching 1,000 orders was a monumental milestone, but now, with over 3,700 orders under his belt, Kyle’s journey is far from over. "Showing up each day on TikTok Live has to be the most exciting part about running Kyle’s Craft Creations," he says. "I feel like I am making a difference in the crafting community. I don’t gatekeep—I share my knowledge with every person that needs a little bit of help."

Kyle’s relationship with epoxy began during his glitter pen days, thanks to a recommendation from a fellow crafter, Mandy. Since then, Resin Rockers’ products have become a staple in his creative toolkit. "I’m most proud of myself and what I’m doing for the crafting community. I bring something different to the table. I tell it how it is; I don’t sugarcoat anything. I will tell you that this is NOT an easy job. It takes a lot of hard work and determination to keep going."

Kyle is a strong advocate for smart spending and resourcefulness, especially for those just starting out. "As a small business owner, we have to be able to save as much as we can," he advises. "There is a cost-efficient way to be a small business. Like I said, I started in a small bedroom, and I’ve grown so much that it is possible for anyone to do this. You have to keep your head on and your determination strong!"
