Position: Part-Time (with opportunity to become Full-Time)
Location: Milford, Ohio (In Office)
Every day will look a little different, but responsibilities include:
Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms
Edit short-form videos and reels
Photograph and film products, tutorials, live events, and behind-the-scenes content
Assist with livestreams and virtual events
Build engaging Shopify product listings with compelling descriptions, photos, and videos
Help launch new products across our website, email campaigns, and social media
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
Assist with paid advertising campaigns and creative assets
Research trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities
Brainstorm new campaign ideas and marketing initiatives
Use AI tools and emerging technology to improve workflows and creativity
Assist with graphic design and promotional materials when needed
Learn our products well enough to confidently help create educational and promotional content
Gain a basic understanding of our fulfillment and shipping process to better understand our customers and products
Love creating social media content
Enjoy being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
Stay up-to-date on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social trends
Love learning new software, AI tools, and technology
Are naturally organized and enjoy keeping projects moving
Can switch between creative and detail-oriented work with ease
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities sometimes change quickly
Like collaborating with a fun, energetic team
Want your work to directly impact a growing business
Experience creating content for social media
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Shopify or other e-commerce experience preferred, but not required
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) is a plus
Basic graphic design experience is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
